Countdown of My Top 10 Favorite Romantic Comedies

*Enjoyable for all Relationship Statuses this Valentines Day*

Check out this list of movies to watch this Valentine’s Day, whether you’re single or in a relationship (or somewhere in between)!

10. My Big Fat Greek Wedding: If you think your family is crazy, watch this movie and fall in love with an even crazier one as they slowly come to accept their daughter’s non-Greek finance.

9. A Cinderella Story: Perfect teen movie with football games, popular kids, outcasts and the pressures of surviving high school with of course a happy ending against all odds.

8. 10 Things I Hate About You: Who doesn’t love some high school drama consisting of bets, prom, overbearing fathers, oh and Heath Ledger?

7. The Proposal: Two very different people are forced into an engagement, but end up dating in the end. A happy ending that is all sorts of backwards, but will keep you laughing throughout.  Did I mention its Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds?

6. He’s Just Not That Into You: Protagonist Gigi is awful at reading signals, but she gives all of us hopeless people out there hope that we’ll meet someone who puts up with it all like she did. Also this movie has other major stars such as Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Anniston, Ben Affleck and many more.

5. The Princess Diaries: Every girl’s dream is to find out she is a princess, and Mia does! But being a nerd turned princess while trying to get through high school is not the easiest of tasks. Did I mention she has to attend weekly princess lessons as well as finding a date for the royal ball? How does she do it, watch and see!

4. The Holiday: Two words – Jude Law. Also Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, and Jack Black..but c’mon Jude Law. PS. He has two daughters who you will literally want to adopt by the end, I swear.

3. The Wedding Singer: Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are literally so adorable in this movie, and what better decade to fall in love than the crazy 80’s? Keep watch for Sandler belting out a solo on the airplane, still melts my heart to do this day.

2. How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days: Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson’s chemistry is ridiculously steamy in this classic rom-com. Also if you are not laughing the whole way through, something’s wrong.

1. Parent Trap: Not your typical rom-com, but literally my favorite movie of all time; twins meet for the first time at summer camp and successfully get their parents back together. If you have yet to see this, your childhood is incomplete. Also if you’re feeling blue, this will surely warm your heart up in an instant, guaranteed.
