What are some things you’re involved in on campus?
I’m involved in Tropical Sol, which is the Latin American dance troupe on campus. We had our first performance on Friday night in the Events Barn for the Spanish Club’s Salsa and Salsa Late Night. I also work at the Bristol Center, and I illustrate for Routes magazine.
Where is your favorite place to study?
CJ, because I spend a lot of time in the QSR Center. Gotta love Stats 101.
What is your ideal first date?
“I don’t want to talk small talk
Now that I’m alone with you
I don’t want to talk small talk
We’ve got bigger things to do”
– The Pajama Game, Sid Sorokin
What’s your spirit animal and why?
Pam Beesly. Go watch the Office.
If you could be a burger, what type of burger would you be?
Well, I’m a vegetarian, but if I had to choose it would be a Bison burger. A rare Bison burger, one inch thick, quarter pound, about the size of my palm. Fluffy crisp bun, that’s buttered on the inside, and definitely no sesame seeds. A tiny dollop of ketchup, a tomato slice, and a few baby spinach leaves. Now tell me your mouth isn’t watering right now.
Looking back as a freshman in your second semester, what is some key advice you can give to incoming freshman next year?
Don’t be afraid of anything, especially new things. As Shia LaBeouf says: JUST DO IT!
