What are you involved in on campus?

I play frisbee, am a member of the Global Health Organization, and am an intern at the Annual Fund.

What is the Annual Fund?

The Annual Fund raises money through the contributions of alumni to support Financial Aid, the Career and Life Outcomes Center, and Hamilton’s mission to develop writing and speaking skills in students.

What is your role in the Annual Fund?

I code alumni, process gifts, reach out to major contributors, update the website, and take notes at meetings.

What is the most valuable part of your internship?

The internship has taught me a lot about how to use excel. I also have improved my communication skills by talking to alumni. Many of the alumni have even offered to help me find a job after graduation, which would be awesome!

What is the most interesting part of your job?

One day at work I talked on the phone with the oldest living alumni!

What advice do you have for freshmen?

Join activities early on and be creative with food in Common
