At the beginning of the semester, finals seemed so far away.

Some of us had more…pressing matters on our minds.

Somehow we pulled ourselves together for midterms,

and before we knew it Thanksgiving had arrived.

But now, teachers are all like ‘finals’

And we just want to be like

But they’re a necessary evil

So you check the exam schedule and you think you only have exams on the first day…

…Until you see one on the VERY LAST DAY

But enough is enough—it’s time to break out those dusty textbooks and start cramming.

There will be long, sleepless nights spent in Gelman, fueled by caffeine,

Taking practice exams that make you realize just how much you don’t know.

FINALLY, the exam day will come

You’ll sit down, look at the test, and realize, “hey, I actually know this stuff!”

All that studying will have paid off and you’ll ace your test, naturally

…and then, finally…

Good luck on your exams, GW!
