Halloween DC Style

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at GWU chapter.

On Tuesday, October 25th, the Dupont neighborhood in DC held its 15th annual drag race!

For one night each year, men of any sexual persuasion compete in a block-long race – completely in drag. From P to O st, on 17th st, guys must wear at least 2 inch heels in order to race. The entire street usually has special offers at restaurants and bars, and the DC food trucks gather in the region.  Be sure to check it out next year!
