As the semester comes to an end, it’s becoming more and more evident that procrastinating all my projects for the last three weeks of school was definitely not the smartest move. And as I continue to stress and agonize over these rapidly approaching deadlines, it just makes me want to procrastinate further, especially as the weather warms up and the sun peaks it’s way through the clouds. While I’d much rather be laying on the beach tanning, or basically doing anything else but study for finals and finishing eight page research papers, I know that if I end this year strong, it will ensure that I start fall semester off on the right foot.

With a new semester brings new beginnings, something I’m looking forward to as this school year comes to an end. A lot has changed during the course of this year. I’ve made friends, lost friends, ended relationships, and overall gotten involved in more than I can handle- yet managed to handle it all up until this point. The end of your sophomore year is crunch time, at least at my school. You’ve recently declared your major and was accepted into the program that goes along with it. So it’s dire that you finish the semester strong and pass all your classes in order to keep your GPA up and maintain a spot in your program. For me, it’s all riding on this. Maybe you feel the same, too.

But you know what? It’s going to be okay. You’re going to make it through the last few weeks of school. You’re going to pass all your classes, and get good grades on your finals that you studied your ass off for. You’ve come this far, and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop you from succeeding in every way possible.
