With finals week fast approaching, you might be tempted to throw all reason and planning to the wind and commence full-on-panic-mode. Resist! With the help of Her Campus Gustavus you will make it to the other side alive and, with a little luck, stellar final grades you can show off to your parents. Here are five ways to stay on track and make it to the finish line.

1: Coffee. Get that caffeine flowing through your veins and there’s nothing you can’t do. The Courtyard is now you best friend, memorize their hours.

2: Exercise. Get your sweat on! Exercise will help keep your brain working at top performance. An hour in Lund is also a great study break. Or if the sun is shining, get outside!

3: Relax. Take a break from the stress in the Relaxation Room. Do some yoga, meditate, work on your Zen. Your brain will thank you.

4: Nap. Nap long and nap often. Sleep is vital if you want to make it to the finish line and not become a library zombie. As temping as an all-nighter sounds, don’t. Your brain needs sleep! Plus, there are so many prime nap spots on campus! #napwhereyoucan.

And finally,

5: Pray to the sculpture gods. This is a last resort.

Good luck and see you on the other side!
