Obviously, the most natural looking “no makeup look” is to just wear no makeup at all. But adding a little something-something to define your features and brighten your overall look is never a bad thing. Here are five makeup products that help provide a classic natural makeup look.

1. Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint ($26)

While I haven’t tried this product myself, I’ve heard so many amazing reviews about it. Glossier is a cruelty free makeup brand that prides itself in the “less is more” aspect of makeup. Their skin tints come in five shades- not very extensive- but are the perfect amount of light coverage to even out your skin tone and leaves you looking refreshed and dewy.

2. Maybelline Eye Studio Brow Precise Micro Pencil ($7.99)

Having well-defined brows can totally change the look of your face, and really makes a person look more put together. Oftentimes, when I’m not feeling like putting on much makeup, I’ll just fill in my brows. It draws attention to my eyes without even having to put on eyeshadow or mascara. This eye pencil by Maybelline is super easy to work with and even comes with a little brush on one end!

3. Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm ($4.99)

Having dry lips is never cute. I have Chapstick on me at all times, and Burt’s Bees is definitely one of my favorite brands. Their all natural products smell wonderful and really work. A simple tinted lip balm can go a long way; it hydrates your lips–a must for the dry winter season–while also adding a slight tint of pink or red. Super cute and kissable!

4. Elf Baked Highlighter ($4)

Let me just start off by saying, this drugstore Elf highlighter is one of the best makeup purchases I have ever made. Yet another cruelty makeup brand, Elf has always been there when I need cheap makeup in a pinch. Some of their stuff isn’t the best, but their baked highlighters are absolutely amazing. They’re super pigmented and give you the perfect glow for healthy, dewy looking skin.

5. Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara ($23)

This mascara will make your lashes look amazing. It separates every lash and coats it with the perfect amount of product, without looking clumpy or spidery. It’s a little more expensive than a drugstore mascara, but to me it’s definitely worth it. Adding a coat of mascara can really make your eyes pop and make you look more awake, perfect for those early morning classes when you can’t be bothered to do a full face.
