Homemade Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt

Ice cream is so good especially with cake or a slice of pumpkin pie! Here’s a way to bring in the fall with some healthy frozen greek yogurt and a twist of pumpkin spice. The yogurt is a healthier milk product that replaces the amount of added sugar which is found in ice cream.  Many brands of greek yogurt have added vitamins, minerals and probiotics in them to help boost your immune system. This cold treat would be a great addition to your pumpkin spice craze this fall.

Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Tots with Jalapeño Garlic Ranch Dipping Sauce

Fries and tater tots are easy to make and they go great with different types of foods. This is a great alternative to that fry craving. It follows the guidelines of the Keto diet while being low in salt content and it satisfies your sugar cravings. Instead of frying these tater tots, bake them to reduce grease. Garlic is a nice touch to the ranch because garlic has been linked to lowering blood pressure. These tots will be bomb to add as a side or even alone this holiday season.
