Have You Heard? There’s a $500 Philanthropy Competition Starting Today!

Borrowed by Design is running a fun and exciting philanthropy competition for your campus. If your sorority lists the most dresses Borrowed By Design’s site throughout September, your chapter could win $500 toward your philanthropy!

They like to call themselves “BBD” for short and are a rental marketplace for your formalwear. You can think of them as the “AirBnB” for fancy dresses. Just think about all of those homecoming, prom, pageant or cocktail dresses that you purchased and only wore one time can now be rented from other women like you to make cash from. Listing is completely free and really easy.

The competition rules are pretty simple:1. The sorority with the most dresses listed wins.2. Competition starts September 1st (that’s today!)3. You can have friends join the cause – get them to list too!4. Each dress listing URL is on your chapter spreadsheet5. Final entries must be submitted by September 30th at midnight EST.

If this is the first time you’ve heard of the competition and want more information, please reach out to BBD Campus Rep for GSU: Tahirah Abdul-Karim, GSU@borrowedbydesign.com

@borrowedbydesign on Instagram.

Get started now and post your dresses!
