Meet Jazmine (Jazzy) Alvarez! This sophomore and RA in CM actually prefers to call a suburb of Dallas, Texas home even though her family just moved to western Washington a year and a half ago. So not only is she hilarious, smart, driven and loving, but she’s also a southern girl at heart! On campus, Jazzy is an avid swing dancer, a choreographer for the La Raza Latina 2017 Festival, and a member of the La Raza cultural club. In her spare time, she loves to get off campus to explore Spokane, as well as take advantage of any opportunity to go dancing. If there’s Latin dancing, she’ll be there! As one of my dearest friends, I may be slightly bias, but I think everyone should get to know this fun-loving girl!
