1.  Thanksgiving is just a pre-Christmas.

You practice all of your recipes and decide what makes the cut for Christmas dinner.

2. You start listening to Christmas music before it even hits December.

You start listening to Christmas music before Thanksgiving, that is if you ever stopped!

3. You love making a Christmas card.

You start planning your card months before it needs to be done.  Every year is an attempt to outdo your last card.

4. Secret santa is one of your greatest strengths.

It doesn’t matter who you get paired with; you know exactly what will make them smile!

5. You spend hours looking at Christmas lights.

You love decorating your house for the holiday, but once that is done you drive around for hours looking at other displays.

6. You make and buy new decorations to add to your collection.

In fact, you have so many decorations it is hard to find a place to put them.

7.  You start making Christmas cookies on Black Friday.

You spend hours making and decorating your famous sugar cookies.

8. You love shopping for presents.

You plan out what you are buying for everyone and then pour over flyers to find the best deals.

9. You watch any Christmas movie you can find.

You watch all the classics, like Rudolph, but are always willing to check out a new one.

10. Nothing can take your Christmas spirit away.

The people around you may not be as obsessed with Christmas, but you just ignore them because you know that it is the best time of the year!

My name is Erica Boucher and I am part of Gettysburg College Class of 2019. I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter (and am a total Ravenclaw). I'm the Profile Editor here at HerCampus Gettysburg along with a writer. I love the color blue, singing/dancing to music in my dorm room, and wearing funky socks.
