Where is Rihanna?

It seems as though Rihanna has been MIA these days but do not worry; she’s here. We’ve all been wondering where she’s been and what she's been up to, but she’s been doing work behind the scenes.

Honestly, Rihanna is always around even when she’s not. With her being involved in lingerie, makeup, film and music she has so much going on. New York Fashion week was Sep 6, 2018 – Sep 14, 2018 and Rihanna hosted the Savage x Fenty Spring 2019 Lingerie Show Wednesday night. In this fashion show, Rihanna promoted body positive lingerie. What Rihanna did was very crucial because she is diversifying the model community while giving women a chance to see models that look like them.

After the fashion show, Rihanna attended “The Diamond Ball” on Septmeber 13th which is her annual bash that raises funds for the Clara Lionel Foundation. The event was hosted by the star of the show Insecure, Issa Rae. The event also had special guests ASAP Rocky, Childish Gambino, Seth Meyers, Odell Beckham Jr., Tiffany Haddish and Paris Hilton just to name a few. Rihanna is also working on music and doing things underground with makeup. Since her last album "ANTI" which was released in 2016, there has been much talk about her up coming album which as of now will go by the name "R9". It is even said that she is working on two different albums simultaneously. After being pressed about making new music, she confirmed herself that she is working on new music and we will hear it soon. As far as makeup goes she did drop new makeup for her summer line called "Beach, Please".

When she is not putting out makeup, in the studio recording or walking the runway; she's acting! Rihanna took the role as "Nine Ball" in the heist movie "Oceans 8" where she played a skilled hacker. The movie is female led with many female cast. The movie came out June 5 and reportedly did very well. With all this being said Rihanna has not been missing; she's been busy! She's doing so much and we are expecting even more to come from her. Keep your eye out for Rihanna, and her soon to come album, "R9"
