The Grammys red carpet has been home for many of fashion’s most iconic moments.
There’s the daring.
CBS News
Toni Braxton left us with no need for imagination
in this barely there Richard Tyler gown at
the 2001 Grammys.
The fairytale.

Rihanna was a vision in this pink princess gown by
Giambattista Valli from the Haute Couture collection in 2015.
The interesting to say the least …
RCFA
Nicki wore a red hooded Versace cape with matching
embellished gloves and was escorted by a man who
is dressed as the pope at the 2012 Grammys. I’ll just leave this here…
And the just plain unforgettable!

1.) It’s J-Lo
2.) I mean look!
This Versace palm-printed dress will forever be ingrained in our minds from 2001.
With red carpet season in full swing and the Grammys right around the corner,
I wanted to take a look back on my top 10 looks from the 2018 Grammys (no particular order)
and what these looks did for me.
Who: Eve
Designer: Naeem Khan
Now this is a power suit! This is the perfect combination of Eve’s tomboy reputation and glamour to
create a boss lady look. I stan for a sequin set!

Who: Chrissy Teigen
Designer: Yanina Couture
Chrissy Teigen always looks adsorbs. Add a sequin baby bump and things get even cuter! This embellished gown
fits her pregnant figure perfectly. The dramatic sleeves and neckline are my favorite part if this look.
The whole thing gives me Hollywood Glamour 2.0 vibes.

Who: SZA
Designer: Atelier Versace
SZA sizzled in this one… No? K. Well, I absolutely love this look for SZA. I’m sure by now you’ve heard SZA’s eclectic sound
and angelic voice (if you haven’t shame on you). This sequined sheer gown with tulle features and thigh high slit matches
the mystical feels you get when listening to her music. I can totally see her running through a field of lilies in this number for her next music video.

Who: Cardi B
Designer: Ashi and Louboutin
This look is very much fairytale couture. The dress is reminiscent of Ri’s 2015 Grammy look.
It’s like RiRi id the princess and Cardi is the fairy godmother. I love it! I also love this look because
it’s different from the bold and more revealing looks we’re used to seeing her in. It’s a completely different side of her. Cardi cleans up nice!

Who: Camila Cabello
Designer: Vivienne Westwood
This simple look is just fire on Ms. Havana herself.
The fitted silhouette and deep V-neckline work perfect with the floor length gown for the perfect combo of sexy and elegant.
Who: Giuliana Rancic
Designer: Mikael D
Rancic is always one of my favorites on the red carpet. What would be a simple black gown is transformed by intricate
beading details draped over her chest, sleeve, and thigh. It’s a different take on the many sheer looks seen on the carpet.
Who: Lana Del Rey
Designer: Gucci
Can we say angel! She wore the custom Gucci gown covered in crystal embellishments with a star-studded halo
and It couldn’t have been more fitting. Total whimsical feels.
Who: Hailee Steinfield
Designer: Alexandre Vauthier
This is a fashion forward move if I’ve ever seen one. The complete outfit comes straight from the designer’s runway
and Steinfield completely pulls it off. The purple knee-high metallic boots is a perfect contrast against the crisp white gown
and the slit really allows the boots to shine.

Who: Big Sean
Designer: Ferragamo
The Don Sean. He’s always a favorite of mine when it comes to men’s fashion and men in general.
He switched up from the traditional tuxedo look we usually on the carpet and opted for this layered Ferragamo look.
It’s so working for him.
Who: Lady Gaga
Designer: Armani Prive
I have a love hate relationship with Gaga’s red carpet looks but I must say this one I love. The detailed lace top with matching sheer tights
is a great look with the simple slit skirt. Also, big shout out to her make-up artist. The glam is absolutely fabulous!
