Fashion is a big part of my life. I draw inspiration from multiple sources to create my own unique look. With that being said, I draw inspiration from a few celebrities. Each celebrity has their style and brand. Some of these celebrities are outlandish and some are tamer, but the thing they all have in common is a creative look that inspires me.

Ariana Grande

Oversized sweaters, high-knee boots, loose flowy pants, crop tops, and the iconic ponytail — Ariana Grande has an aesthetic all her own that ranges from boyfriend-like apparel to show-stopping performance looks. I admire how she put the pieces together for her streetwear and her interviews. She is always put together and sophisticated during interviews, but her streetwear is sort of a sophisticated version of her previous cute aesthetic.

Rihanna

The Style icon herself Bad Girl RiRi. Clean lines, long silhouettes, and bold statements. She loves to play with fashion and create looks other celebs would not dare to do. Her streetwear incorporates baggy or oversized pieces and her red-carpet looks are usually more business-like still with influences of some oversized elements through the years.

Kourtney Kardashian

One of the most underrated Kardashians. She has a very clean style. Sticking to solid colors and sophisticated style. She is petite, like me, and incorporates some larger oversized pieces, but not too many because it can be quick to swallow her. She is a fan of boyfriend jeans and off-shoulder styles and so am I.

Jhene Aiko

Another petite style icon Jhene Aiko. Jhene is a fan of high-waisted styles and statement patterns and looks. She loves to switch it up between oversized fits and the crop top and high-waisted flowy pants look. Two of my personal favorites. She incorporates bold colors and prints to make it her own.

Kendall Jenner

Now I am not a big fan of Kendall Jenner, but I cannot lie and say her style is not impeccable. She has a model body, which I personally do not have, but her use of nudes and floral prints is admirable. Also, I love a good jumpsuit to elongate my short torso and make it look like I am taller than I actually am.

Zendaya

The girl herself is amazing and so is her style. As controversy has circled her because of her bold fashion statements, I had no choice but to stan. Her body can wear anything really. She can probably wear a plastic bag and I would want to wear a plastic bag. Her style is so sophisticated and feminine, but also when she wears a very tom-boy look she kills it.

Vanessa Hudgens

The Coachella queen herself. She loves long, flowy dresses as well as, unique structured tops. This is probably because she is a Broadway performer that loves theatrics. She also incorporates patterns, color, and oversized pieces.

SZA

Is this a surprise? Throughout this, I think it is obvious of my love for flowy, baggy, and oversized pieces with bold statements. Sza’s style is truly unique. Very thrift-like with some luxury pieces. I love how she incorporates such a feminine style with a few looser baggier pieces to create a unique look. She embodies what it is to create such a unique look in my opinion.

In conclusion, those are my top celebrity style icons that influence my personal style.
