Halloween is just around the corner girls, which mean dressing up as your favorite actress, character, or animal. However if you’re a college student on a budget like I am you can’t afford to buy the super cute or sexy costume that goes for 20-50 bucks.

With that said, here is a list of DIY Halloween Costumes that won’t break the budget.

The Cat

Things you will need: black leggings or tights, black shoes, black sleeved top, cat ears and tail (can be found at Walmart, Party City, etc.) and black and brown make up.

 

Robin Hood

Things you will need: Brown, green or red dress, a fake bow and arrow, green headband or hat with a red feather, and black or brown converse or flats.

 

A Comic Character

Things you will need: Face paint and make up.

 

Minnie Mouse

Things you will need: Face paint and make up, mouse ears, red bow, black shirt, red skirt, black heels or flats

 

A Scarecrow

Things you will need: A straw hat, tights, plaid shirt, boot, and face paint and make up.
