Winter is coming (and not just on “Game of Thrones”). Just the thought of having to lug around an unnecessarily heavy and puffy jacket has many of us considering either becoming a hermit or transferring to a school on the west coast (thank you USC girls for letting us know you can still go to the beach in mid-November). But instead of dreading the upcoming cold, let’s embrace it. In my opinion, winter is the most fashionable season. Who says the tons of layers we wear to keep warm can’t be stylish as well? Combining different textures, specifically fur, can take your look to a whole new level. So pretend PETA doesn’t exist for a second, or rock a faux, and check out all the fabulous ways you can mix and match fur for the ultimate winter outfit.
Fur + Chambray:
Pair a brown-toned fur vest with a chambray shirt for a cute and casual daytime look.
Fur + Flannel:
A dark colored fur infinity scarf instantly makes a flannel shirt chicer.
Fur + Leather:
The ultimate edgy combo.
Fur + Silk:
Don’t let that silk dress hang in your closet until the spring. Keep warm with a fur collar.
Fur + Wool:
I guarantee you won’t be cold… or underdressed.
