Top 9 Weird Things My Sophomore Year Roommate Did

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Geneseo chapter.

At this point in our college careers we all have weird roommate stories.  Last year, I became best friends my roommate but we were quite literally an odd couple.  She was seriously So. Weird. I hope you enjoy reading through her odd habits more than I enjoyed living through them.

Leave her side of the room looking like the Tasmanian devil spontaneously combusted

Guess which side was mine!

Have 7 toothbrushes at once (several of which lived on our bedroom floor)

I don’t know why she needed so many when she had a normal amount of teeth.

Keep over 40 empty plastic water bottles under her bed

I’ve never met a more hydrated or messy person.

Leave a lock of her hair on our window sill for 6 months

Lucky for you the hair was gone by the time I took this picture.

Compulsively buy 6 for $30 Aerie underwear and then give each of our suitemates a pair

It was a weird gift to receive from a friend.

Forget to flush the toilet

I don’t even understand how this happens.

Sleep on her bed with no sheets for an entire semester

It did not look comfortable.

Buy a five foot tall teddy bear named Jerry and leave it in the common room

Jerry was a great roommate!

Start a Her Campus chapter with me on impulse!

We’re still here!

I hope she reads this!
