The holidays can be such a fun time! However, they are also nearly as stressful as finals! There’s gifts to shop for, traffic at all times and never a moment to rest. Here is our survival kit for making it through the holidays in one, merry piece!

Let’s be real, during the holidays a lot of family members pack into one small house to gather and celebrate which is so much fun! Do you know what else it is? Stinky! We are people with bodies and therefore some body odor. Make sure that you aren’t the one stinking it up under the Christmas tree by having a go to perfume! Ours is the XOXO Luv For Women By XOXO Eau de Parfum because it’s such a fun scent!

Is it just me or does everyone forget that you’re supposed to dress up nice for the holidays and end up last minute trying to be fancy? Make sure that the cute shoes you dug out of the closet last minute stay put together by keeping Krazy Glue with you! This has actually worked before! The sole of my friend’s shoes just fell apart. Luckily, we had some of this Krazy Glue to help out. The shoe is back together and better than ever!

Winter is the season for bold makeup, especially rocking lips! Think about it, your makeup won’t melt in the heat because it’s freezing! Our recommendation for a go-to winter lip look is the BUXOM Cosmetics Va-Va-Plump™ Shiny Liquid Lipstick! This is gorgeous, and everyone will be asking you what lipstick you’re wearing!

With the stress of the holidays come stress acne! Try Acnedote™ pimple patches by Alba Botanica®. The patches are actually really helpful. I always find them very effectivr in getting rid of whiteheads. While the pimple doesn’t actually go away, it becomes a small, red pimple as opposed to a giant, white zit. The patches draw out all the bad stuff. It’s the best!

Am I the only person whose period likes to time itself accordingly to ruin every break, holiday or vacation?  Diva Cups make menstruation much more bearable.  While there’s a bit of a learning curve when first using them, once you get the hang of it you almost forget you’re on your period!

That’s our survival guide to the holiday season! Happy holidays!
