Mental health plays a significant role in our daily lives. It includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It does have a heavy impact on how we think, feel, and cope with life. It can also play a factor on how we handle stress, make choices, and relate to others in different situations. Mental health should always come first, and it is important in every stage of life. Especially from childhood to adulthood.

Some people can be affected with mental disorders where there are serious conditions which affect their thinking, mood, and behavior. Sometimes they may be occasional, and other times they might be long lasting. Depending on how severe someone is affected, they can affect how someone relates or function from day to day. They are very common and someone who has them should not be looked down upon.

Mental health is very important because it deals with coping with stress to life, be it physically healthy, create good relationships, make meaningful contributions, work productively, and help reach full potential. Mental health can affect physical health. There are many factors that can influence mental health such as gene or brain chemistry, along with life experiences such as trauma or abuse, family history, and lifestyle.

But there are steps that can be taken to improve it such as medication, meditation, relaxation techniques, or practicing gratitude. Mental health can change over time. Mental health can have an impact on many things, but there are steps that can be taken to help improve it over time. Poor mental health can help contribute to negative problems such as lack of motivation or other problems, but following these steps can help. You can improve your mood, reduce anxiety, create inner peace, think more clearly, improve relationships, and increase self-esteem.
