As her time as first lady of the United States comes to the end, Michelle Obama traveled to Phoenix to support Hilary Clinton. Now, the idea of a women as president is awesome right? Wahoo Go Hilary! Beside the point that Mrs. Obama would make a phenomenal president and we hope she one day changes her mind and the reasons are obvious. She is a role model, full of class and poise. May she continue to speak, be and teach children, adults and the world the way a women and role model should.
1. She Cares About the Future
Michelle understands that there are times when you fall, but get back up to continue your dream. She is also aware that courage can be affections and can carry a nation to hope. She demands respect, but also knows that is built over time. Michelle is not afraid to get dirty and talk about issues, she is also not afraid to voice her opinion on well anything that’s not morally or ethically correct.
2. Being Healthy Is Her Game
With such a busy lifestyle she promotes exercise as ‘therapeutic’. Since being married to the most powerful man in the world, she says ‘put in your iPod and sweat it out’. Not to mention eating healthy and exercise is 60/ 40 right! From having push up competitions to teaching children the proper exercise and diet, Mrs. Obama is pushing for a healthy future generation. LET’S MOVE!
3. Everyone Should Be a Feminist
The definition of a feminist can somewhat be distorted. It can come with many stereotypes and conclusions on who? Women! Guess who’s trying to change the stigma, Mrs. Obama. Not to mention she’s a lawyer graduating from Harvard, and comes from a middle class family from Chicago. She wants men should aim to be better, especially if they consider themselves feminist. Especially, with her New Hampshire speech against Donald trump.
4. People Love Her
From Beyoncé, Ellen DeGeneres to Oprah. Michelle is widely known. Not only for who she is, but for how she acts and responds to conflict around the country and world. She truly believes the United States is the best country, and we don’t need to make it great again, because guess what it already is great! With an entourage of A-listers to support her, who knows what she will accomplish in the years to come.
5. Role Model/ Dream Couple
Come on, have you ever seen a man look at a women the way Barack looks at Michelle? #GOALS. In a world where sex sales and class is little to nowhere to be seen, Michelle brings class back. Michelle and Barack bring back the essence of love and family, a team and unite in raising decent human beings. As, a communication major, her tone, non- verbal ques and poise, can lead hundreds to millions to their feet in applaud. As a speaker she does more than just speak well, she moves people, she conducts their feelings and speaks from her upbringing, morals and teachings.
