Every year, spring semester rolls around and college students experience heavy feet that drag beneath them as they trudge on in anticipation for summer. 6. Believer- Imagine Dragons This song has the astonishing ability to cure a bad mood. Everyone in college experiences frustration at one point or another. The commanding quality of this track will meet you on your exasperated level, and allow you to let out some of your discouragement by belting out the battle-cry that is Believer. The song is about how pain has shaped us into “sail masters” and believers in the idea that we can rise above our pain and learn from trial.

Chained to the Rhythm – Katy Perry In Katy Perry’s motivational anthem to make a change in the rose-colored world around us, listeners will be prompted to not only contemplate the different rhythms they might be chained to, but maybe even to break the cycle in their own lives. The song has a creative and zesty beat that will put a little pep in your step while working on homework or heading to class.
