From Big Little Reveal, to Recruitment this girl does it all.
Cyndey Thornton, a 22 year old senior rhetoric major, has been on the exec of Kappa Delta for two terms. Her first term was as KD’s secretary, however, she had a bigger picture in mind. She recently has been elected as President of Kappa Delta here at Georgia College.
HC: How excited are you to be the new president of KD?
Cydney: It will be such a great experience. An amazing opportunity to represent our chapter!
HC: What big plans do you have in your mind for the sorority?
Cydney: Really focusing on sisterhood, I want to focus on that and it is so important. That and the respect of each other. I want that to keep improving like it has been! I adore this sisterhood!
HC: What is your absolute favorite thing about KD?
Cydney: I guess the friendships you make. I mean living in the house is probably my favorite thing. I was scared at first. But now I have grown so close to people that I would never have gotten a chance to know!

Cydney is currently being transitioned into her 2014-2015 term. Cydney has big plans for Kappa Delta. Shamrock Week, where all proceeds are donated to Prevent Child Abuse America, You Make Me Smile campaign, Homecoming, Greek week, and so many more will be led by her and the rest of the council.
