Vacation Destination: Royal Caribbean Cruise

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at FSU chapter.

We’re back with another themed week on the site: Travel Week. This semester, Her Campus FSU has created themed weeks dedicated to exclusive content we believe all of our readers should have access to. Keep up on the site for the next few days as we cover everything from the best places you need to roadtrip to before you graduate to the top eats across the pond (that’s London town, for those of you who haven’t brushed up on your British). We promise we’ll leave you wanderlusting for more. After all, summer vacation is just a few weeks away!

Whether you are going for fun with your friends or for a relaxing family vacation, a cruise is always a good time. Check out these five tips next time you are getting ready to cruise!

1. The most important thing to pack is bathing suits and sunscreen, because you probably won’t wear anything else.

2. Get off at the ports! Go explore and see how the native people live. It is an experience you will never forget.

3. If you are going for a fun time with your college friends, get the beverage package. Trust me, it is worth it.

4. Make sure to thank all of the staff members on the ship because they are all so helpful and friendly the entire time.

5. Relax and enjoy yourself! Happy cruising, Collegiettes!

Miranda is a Senior at FSU pursuing a degree in Sports Management. Her interests mainly include sports, sports, and more sports although she was never the athlete (oops). Her love for sports balances out her girly ways. She can sit down and cheer on her favorite New York teams with just as much passion as buying a new top (on sale of course). She is absolutely obsessed with her puggle, scrolling Twitter, and sleeping in. She hopes to rule the sports world someday, own a baby elephant, live on the beach, and have a big family.
