Two months ago, Cosmopolitan surveyed 2,235 full-time and part-time female employees. The results? 1 in 3 women ages 18 to 34 have been sexually harassed at work (yes, that’s us Collegiettes). Out of the women who said they’ve experienced workplace sexual harassment, 29% reported it while 71% did not. In fact, some experienced it without even knowing it at the time. With 81% of sexual harassment experienced in verbal form, we understand sexual harassment is hard to characterize and even harder to talk about.
We want to change that.
