This past weekend was FSU’s Relay for Life, and it was definitely a success! The overall goal was 300,000 dollars, which was 50,000 dollar jump from last year. Although daunting, the dedicated leadership team and all of the participants ended up raising over 306,000 dollars! To raise money for the cause, Relay for Life participants could compete against FSU defensive lineman, Walvenski Aime, in a mock NFL combine. For five dollars, men and women from all different organizations gave it a shot—and some even beat him!
