Though it may be hard to believe, there is life after college. Florida State University does a wonderful job every semester to put on this career fair at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center to help students get their foot in the door of the corporate world. From small businesses located in Tallahassee to highly recognized companies nationwide, Seminole Futures has an opportunity waiting to be unraveled by a Seminole student.
The event is set up with several booths along aisles, and students in professional attire walk up to the representatives of the company they are interested in. Most students bring a portfolio with their resumes and business cards.
You are probably thinking, “How am I suppose to do this on my own?!” Do not fret, there are plenty of advisors from the Career Center that are there to aid and assist you with whatever questions you have!
Make sure you keep an eye out for the next Seminole Futures Career Fair. It is an amazing opportunity to become aware of what life after FSU will look like!
