The controversy brewing over Starbuck’s lack of a Christmas themed design on their holiday cups has made people question the company this year. Some Christians are saying the cup has taken away the Christmas spirit by not embedding snowflakes and whimsical designs. The cup has been around since ‘97 and people are upset by its simplicity. The company has since made a statement saying the cups serve as a “blank canvas for everyone to create their own holiday stories” with.
