Collegiettes from Jacksonville are familiar with Maple Street Biscuit Company and their delicious buttermilk biscuits. But for those Collegiettes who are not, the restaurant serves Southern comfort food with a modern twist! Maple Street takes pride in only using the best quality ingredients. There are many delicious options, my favorite being the Blues Biscuit (shown below) which has pulled pork topped with home-made coleslaw and BBQ sauce.
