How to Look Cute in Not-So-Cute Weather

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at FSU chapter.

So as every female student at FSU has come to know, the weather in Tallahassee can be extremely bipolar at times. One day it will be 75 degrees out and then the next will be 45 and rainy. What’s a girl to do when the weather won’t cooperate with the cute outfit she had planned for the day? Here are the must have items and tips to keep any girl stuck in bad weather looking cute.

The Bubble Umbrella

These umbrellas have become super popular amongst people of all ages. They are wind resistant, which will help keep your hair in place, and covers a bit more of your body than the regular mini umbrellas do.  Many people carry these around campus.

Rain Boots

If you happen to go to school in a place like Tallahassee where it rains often, then you need to invest in a pair of these.

Wear Patterns and Bright Colors

Just because the weather is gloomy doesn’t mean you have to be! Let your individuality show by standing out from the rest of the crowd dressed to match the weather. There’s nothing wrong with throwing on some bright colors and patterns to help get rid of the gloom!
