There just aren’t enough hours in the day! Daylight Savings is always an adjustment and though the extra hour of sleep is lovely, the sun going down at 5:30 p.m. definitely throws off the internal body clock. On top of the time change, Floridians will tell you, whether native of newcomers, that we’re experiencing something more than an Indian Summer. 90 degrees during the day and 80 at night with 95 percent humidity is not cute. It’s November for goodness sake!

Taylor attends Florida State University in Tallahassee. She is a Creative Writing major minoring in Film Studies and plans to work for a magazine or newspaper after college. Her long term goal: successful YA novelist. When she's not writing for Her Campus, her classes, or herself, she enjoys napping outside on sunny days and watching anime.
