They make you feel good in the moment but bad in the long run. However, more than just these unhealthy restaurants exist! Whether you live in Tallahassee or are just visiting, here are eight healthy eateries that will keep you full and satisfied.

Zoës Kitchen

Zoës Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant chain that serves a variety of food, including chicken salad, pasta salad, pitas and grilled chicken sandwiches. Zoës’ menu features Mediterranean-inspired food, made-from-scratch recipes and fresh ingredients.
