Powdery eye shadows can easily slip off your face, even if you are just out and about for a few hours. 3. Waterproof Mascara
I think waterproof mascara goes without being said here, but even if you find that your mascara doesn’t smudge off your face after a long time outside, there are still numerous benefits from waterproof mascara. The formula of waterproof mascara is said to hold the curl of your lashes longer. If you find your lashes have lost their curl at the end of the day, you may find that the regular formula of mascara is what’s causing this problem.
