Women are amazing and my favorite way to describe us is as boss babes. I decided to highlight some of my favorite boss babes. Not only are these women boss babes, but these three women also run their own businesses, and not to mention at such a young age. Read up on them and their amazing business that all have inspiring missions.
Maia Mae—MM Designs
Maia was on the smiley face trend before it was cool. Her brand MM Designs sells products from hats and T-shirts to mask and sweatshirts all for a really brightening mission. Maia’s mission behind MM Designs is to encourage others that they are loved by God and that he wants to see you. She promotes to live the life how you were called to live: a life of love. Something as simple as a smile, like shown on her smiley face items, or sharing what your faith means to you.
Maia started MM Designs for one reason and that was to spread love, as simple as that. Her products go further than an accessory, it’s a lifestyle of spreading something much greater than us. If you’re looking for a woman who took an obstacle and turned it into success, here she is. Madison took a leap of faith and started her small business right when COVID-19 hit. She sells accessories for all types of occasions, but most importantly is her mission behind it. Her brand Full Herizon is dedicated to empowering women to celebrate the skin they are in and to spread sunshine. Her earrings are shipped on cards including women of all ethnicities, shapes and sizes to help spark a revolution against the typical beauty standards. Madison is is someone who is always trying to be the change she wants to see in the world and exactly why she is a boss babe.

Morgan Barse—Wing Woman
If this last name sounds familiar to my previous boss babe, that’s because they’re sisters! That’s right, a boss babe sister duo is what every girl dreams of. Morgan Barse also has her own company named Wing Woman. Wing Woman is a collection of projects for professional women. This includes Wing Woman PR, The Wing Woman Show, a podcast interviewing other boss babes and finally, the Gals with Goals foundation. Morgan covers alls aspects needed by professional women looking to brand themselves and their companies. A true boss babe making other boss babes look good.
