Tallahassee is no stranger to heartbreak. We’ve all been there for our roommates when their long-distance relationship has gone south (or been the friend IN the relationship). Whether your heart is breaking for your significant other or your heart is breaking watching your bestie suffer through a rough time, I highly suggest a good night out.

1. She’s been going through IT all week and the last thing on her mind is dressing cute to go out.
2. When the reinforcements have arrived and you know the night WILL be a success.

4. Dealing with some business. Letting her man/ex KNOW not to bother us tonight.
5. Late as EVER and the Uber is pulling up. It’s OUR time to SHINE.
6. Oh, it’s getting LIT, LIT.
7. Lost your friend for a second but, quickly found her.
8. 20 minutes go by and homegirl is doing THE MOST.
9. Nope. Not on your watch. Classy never trashy.
This is the time to intervene.
10. The night ends here. You can’t find anybody, and your friend is mad at you for separating her from her hookup.
Time to round everyone up and call the Uber.
11. When you find three out of four of your friends and one tells you Julie has gone home with a guy.
Hold up, WHAT??
12. At this point you’re trying to 1) sober up 2) get everyone home and 3) locate Julie’s ass.
After this song ends, you’re leaving.
13. The night started out hot, but now you just can’t wait to get everyone home. Outside waiting for the Uber.
14. As everyone is in the Uber, you hear a phone ring. It’s your friend’s ex. He wants to talk to tell her he misses her.
BOY, it’s 2 a.m. and homegirl was having a great time before you called.
15. You take the phone, kindly explain she is in no state to talk about their relationship and listen to him argue with you.
At this point, you’re OVER it and scared of nobody. You KINDLY hang up.
16. You’ve managed to get everyone home. And just when you’re about to relax, Julie calls you saying she needs to be picked up. LORD.
17. 3 a.m. You need food. And Julie is buying as a thank you for coming to get her.
No music is needed because she’s telling you her wild story of how HER night went.
18. Everyone is HOME. Everyone is SAFE. You hear your roomie on the phone with her BF/ex but, at this point, it’s a WRAP. Good night ya’ll.
