Ah coffee, where would we be without you? How many papers, late nights, early mornings, and long shifts you have helped me through are uncountable. You’re a true lifesaver my friend, one who is there for me everyday and especially when it matters most (s/o to pulling me through finals week). I could write you a sonnet about the way your iced caramel swirl tastes like happiness or how your freshly-brewed smell encloses around me like a warm hug. Some call it love, others may say it’s an addiction, either way college wouldn’t (nay, couldn’t) be college without coffee. It may have started out as a casual cup here or there, but if you’re like me, college has intensified your relationship with the good ol cup of joe.
1. You initially thought drinking coffee was cool and just wanted to be able to sound mature and say “hey let’s grab coffee sometime”.
2. But it wasn’t long until it became a part of your daily routine, right along with showering and brushing your teeth.
