The end of my sophomore year of college is ending faster than I thought. Crazy to think that I am halfway done with college.

Everyone says college is the best four years of your life, but they don’t mention it is the fastest years of your life. I remember going on tours, writing applications and wishing I was in college. Now that I’m halfway done, I wish I could go back to senior year. These past two years have been two of the hardest and life changing years I have experienced. Going from high school, living with my family, and being around people I know to going to a place I knew nothing about. I changed tremendously these years and I started to finally realize who I am as a person.

I can agree, college is some of the best years of your life. Some days do feel long, hard and slow. But all in all, I love college. Academic wise, there are bad days and good days. When you surround yourself with good people, life gets better.

If you’re in high school or even just starting college, don’t wish for it to come faster. Take the time to enjoy the moments you’re in because trust me, it will be over in the blink of an eye.

I am trying to take in every moment I have here because I know how fast the years go by. Graduation seems so far but its only two years away. Crazy.

Surround yourself with good people and go out of your comfort zone while in college. It will make your short years here unforgettable.
