Single or Taken: Taken

What he’s looking for in a significant other: I look for someone who’s kind, caring, and passionate.  I also love to laugh, so being funny is important too.

Best first date you’ve been on?  Is there anything you would’ve changed about that date?  I’ve actually only been on one first date! We went out to eat in the city and then came back to Fordham and watched a movie. I wouldn’t have done it any differently. I love to eat and I love movies and I was with my best friend. What more could you ask for? [Editor’s note: brb while I melt]

Unlimited budget, describe your ideal date.  I mentioned I love to eat, so we would probably start out at a fancy, expensive restaurant.  After that we would get tickets to see a Broadway show in the front row. I’m a big fan of live theater.

Why he picked Fordham: The mixture of the traditional college campus and the proximity to Manhattan were really important to me. You get the best of both worlds here. The Jesuit philosophy of education was important as well.

Campus involvement: I spend the majority of my time as the Chief Financial Officer of the Residence Halls Association. I’m also a Social Justice Leader with the Dorothy Day Center where I lead Urban Plunge groups at the beginning of every school year. I’m also a lector with Campus Ministry, Senior Week volunteer, and a University Ambassador for Rose Hill Society.

What is one thing you don’t understand about the opposite sex? Ooh have to be careful here! I’m always curious why women always go to the bathroom together! Never understood that.

What is your hidden talent? I interned for my U.S. Senator this past summer and one of my primary jobs was to give tours of the Capitol. So I know a lot about the U.S. Capitol and the history of Congress and am a pretty good tour guide.

Do you prefer to make the first move or have her come to you? I’m more of an introvert, so I would definitely prefer to have her come to me.

Who is your celebrity crush? I’m a big fan of Emily Blunt.

What is your life motto? Always be yourself.
