SCC Celebrates Earth Day!

The week after Easter, Student Culinary Council’s sustainability committee celebrated Earth Day by blending smoothies in the caf (with a bike!) and hosting a farmer’s market with local produce. All proceeds went to Fianca del Sur, an urban garden in the South Bronx.
