Who else loves Fall? The crisp weather, leaves turning, sweaters, pumpkin-spiced lattes…the list goes on and on. You’re probably already excited, but you can get into the Fall/Halloween spirit even more with these fun foods! Try out these super easy recipes, my treat!

Silly Apple Bites

Snacking can be both healthy and fun by turning ordinary apples into these cute and silly bites. Put in a little bit of effort to create these adorable monsters that you will be sure to devour in no time. 

Ingredients:

– 2 green apples, each quartered

– Sunflower butter

– 32 sunflower seeds

– 2–3 strawberries, sliced

– 1–2 homemade googly eyes (per apple bite)

Candy Corn Fruit Parfaits

This candy corn fruit parfait tastes as good as it looks — and it’s super easy to make! All you need is sliced pineapple and orange pieces topped off with whipped cream for a fruity snack perfect for the Fall. 

Ingredients:

– Pineapple

– Orange

– Whipped cream

– Candy corn (optional)

Strawberry Ghosts

Okay, this is the last fruit option on the menu…but how can you resist juicy strawberries covered in chocolate? Impress your friends at your next Halloween party with these cute and yummy strawberry ghosts.

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of strawberries

– 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate, melted

– 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

– 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips

– 1 cup of chocolate chips, melted

S’mores Cookies

Toasted marshmallows, milk chocolate, and crisp graham cracker atop a cookie…need I say more? 

Ingredients:

– Ready-to-bake chocolate chip cookies 

– Mini marshmallows

– Milk chocolate melting wafers or chips

– Crushed graham crackers

Pumpkin Brownies

These pumpkin brownies seriously scream “Fall.” Just add a layer of delicious creamy pumpkin between layers of your favorite brownie mix and you’re all set!
