Hands down, the greatest thing about the holidays is all the food you can eat without having to be hard on yourself for breaking that diet you’ve been trying to work on since the new year. With all these food options, it can get overwhelming to narrow it down; especially finding treats that not only won’t break the bank, but also won’t take you three hours to make with all the errands you need to run, homework you need to complete and exams you need to study for. Here are three festive treats you can indulge in that won’t take up too much of your time.

1. White Chocolate Reindeer Popcorn

Who doesn’t love to snack on popcorn, especially when chocolate is involved? This popcorn mix will have you reaching for the bowl until the only thing left are the few kernels that didn’t pop and you’ll even be tempted to eat those too. The best thing about this snack is that you can add or take away any ingredient and it will still taste amazing. Its perfect to eat during your favorite Christmas movies or perhaps in between classes if you can’t make the line at Pollo. Click here to access the recipe.

2. Mint Chocolate Swirl Bark

The holidays are the perfect time to eat everything and anything that has that overwhelming minty-fresh flavor, and peppermint bark gives you just that! This recipe is a little different, but nonetheless delicious. For those of you that don’t appreciate mint too much, the chocolate is a great addition to balance out the tingly sensation mint leaves on your tongue. The best thing about this classic is that there are many ways to achieve the taste and texture so it works with your budget. Click here to read more about this recipe.
