Last week, FIU’s Roarthon held a “So You Think You Can Dance” event—an event inspired by FOX’s show. Any FIU student could participate.
The stars of the show, though, were the judges. The judges included: Season 12 So You Think You Can Dance contestant, Moises Parra, and Miami-native winner, Gaby Diaz.
The first step was to send an audition tape and virtual judges decided who would make it to the next round to perform at the event.
There was one winner per category. The categories included: solo, duet and small group.
All the money raised was donated to Nickalus Children’s Hospital.
