Every month, women have to deal with cramps and bloating when they are on their cycles. Taking ibuprofen every day for a week every month isn’t healthy. There are other ways to ease the pain without popping pills every few hours. After awhile, those painkillers will stop working and you’re left with nothing but natural remedies. Here are some natural ways to get through your next menstrual cycle:

Apply the cream at home and then go about the rest of your day knowing the cream will do its job. Keep it in your purse to reapply if needed.

PMS vitamins: these are a great way to prevent cramps before they even start! Take them every morning to ensure a pain-free day. They help prevent hormonal acne, bloating, cramps, headaches, and even mood swings.
