It’s no secret that boxing has become one of the most popular workouts for many of the VS supermodels. From Gigi Hadid to Adriana Lima there is not one model who doesn’t include boxing as one of their workouts. So if you want to give Boxing a try here are some tips to get started!

 

1. Stay Hydrated

Just like in any other sport, it is extremely important that you stay hydrated!

 

2. Get a Certafied Coach

In order to get all the benefits of boxing training it’s very important to learn from a professional to avoid injuries!

 

 

3.  Work on your Cardio

This will help you improve your endurance.

4. Shadow-Boxing

Practice your boxing techniques in front of a mirror.

5.     Practice with a Boxing buddy.

Having someone to practice with can make it way more fun, and help you improve!

 

6.     Don’t Overtrain!

Over training can eventually cause problems to your muscle, joints and bones. It can also be the cause of fatigue.
