This Revlon Hair Dryer Will Change Your Life

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at FIT chapter.

Lately, on all my social media apps, I’ve been seeing content surrounding the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer And Volumizer Hot Air Brush. Hearing great reviews, I knew I had to try this trend out for myself!

At first, I was nervous this would absolutely ruin my hair since this instantly takes it from wet to dry, and even straightens it in the process. But, as with any heated hair tool, too much use can lead to damage. The key is to use it as needed, but not every day if possible.

As this product had been in the back of my head for some time, Amazon Prime Day launched their deals a few weeks back, and of course, it was 50% off. I took this as a sign to finally purchase it! My first use, I used it while my hair was soaking wet, and my hair came out very frizzy. However, I was not discouraged yet!

With the second use, I decided to do it a little differently. I let my hair air dry for a while and used the hair product while my hair was damp, instead of soaking wet. After two tries, it had worked perfectly! My hair was straight and looked like I had gone to the salon to get it blown out. I’m still so impressed! My natural hair is very thick and wavy to put this in a better perspective.

I would recommend this to everyone as it is very simple to use and reduces the time it takes to dry my hair and then straighten it afterward. It really is a 2-in-1 product! This product is super affordable, retailing at $59.99, but better yet, it seems to go on sale very often! I’m so happy with my results and I’m sure you will be happy too! This is a great gift to add to your holiday wishlist!
