I simply cannot go a day without listening to a podcast. As someone who values alone time, I love spending it listening to women that inspire me and who also make me laugh. Most mornings, I wake up and immediately play an episode of one of my favorite podcasts to get my day started. I also listen to them throughout my day while I’m cooking, getting ready, or during a Hot Girl Walk. I really enjoy hearing about these women’s experiences and listening to their thoughts and advice.

Here’s a list of my current favorite podcasts:

1. Miss Congeniality with Eli Rallo

Eli Rallo is so relatable and provides genuine, big sister advice to all her listeners. This is a great podcast if you want to develop a deeper relationship with your inner self and focus on what makes you happy. The 24 year-old content creator and upcoming author shares her experiences, ranging from her college days to her career. She discusses relationships, self-love, controversial hot takes, mental health, and so much more. She is also a major Glee fan which is always a plus.

2. The Stella Rae Podcast

I feel like I am motivated to get my entire life together after listening to Stella Rae, L.A. based influencer and YouTuber. She dives deep into female empowerment, setting boundaries, and gives the best advice for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I love all of her book recommendations and hearing about her morning routine has really helped shape my own. Let’s not forget about her iconic beverage checks because what is a day without a hydration + caffeine combo?!

3. Hot Girl Talks

Halley, Jaz, and Carly never fail to make me laugh. Hearing all of their New York City stories instantly makes my day better. They discuss topics ranging from dating, sex, romantic relationships, and friendships. I love feeling like I’m a part of their friend group and NYC journeys!

4. Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain

This is one of the first podcasts I’ve ever listened to and it’s been a go-to ever since. Emma opens up about her thoughts and opinions on a range of topics. Not only is she so insightful, but is also so funny without even realizing it. I love hearing about all her current favorite snacks.

5. Trying Not to Care

This is definitely one of the most motivational podcasts I’ve listened to. Ashley Corbo explores mental health, relationships, the power in being alone, self love, and so much more. After listening to an episode, I feel so confident going about my day. This podcast really leaves me in a positive mindset.
