Living in Cornwall used to mean that you had to travel out of the county to see big music acts, but thanks to the Eden Sessions, huge artists are now coming to us.
Acts already secured to perform at the Eden Project this summer are Dizzee Rascal, Ellie Goulding, Pixies and Elbow! And there are even more to come!
Sadly, tickets for Ellie Goulding have sold out, but you are still able to grab your ticket to see the other stars light up the stage at what has been dubbed “the eighth wonder of the world”.
East London superstar, Dizzee Rascal will be performing on Saturday 21 June with special guests…we have no idea who the special guests are, but we can’t wait to find out!
BRIT award winning, Ellie Goulding will be taking to the stage on Tuesday 8 July, but as mentioned before, these tickets are sadly sold out.
Alternative rock icons, The Pixies will be performing on Wednesday 9 July, and with admirers such as Thom Yorke and Bono, this is an act not to be missed.
Multiple award winning, Elbow will be dazzling the crowd on Monday 14 July, and I think it’s safe the say that everyone will go crazy for their anthemic tune, One Day Like This.
With ticket prices at £35 (plus £5 booking fee) you really are getting a bargain!
Please note that Elbow tickets are £40 (plus £5 booking fee), but they’re definitely worth it.
I have seen various acts perform at the Eden Sessions over the years, and can honestly say it is my favourite music venue. The atmosphere is indescribable; there’s something magical about it. You really do have to watch a gig there to understand the beauty of this venue.
Every Eden Sessions ticket includes entry to the Eden Project both on the day of the event, and the day after, so you can explore everything that this beautiful setting has to offer in the biomes and surrounding areas.
Remember to take your camera though, because you will see some seriously stunning sights…and that’s before the event even starts!
