Zoey 101, the Nickelodeon sitcom staring Jaime Lynn Spears, has revealed what Zoey really said about Chase in the time capsule. Devoted fans may remember that in the show, Pacific Coast Academy was making a time capsule that wouldn’t be opened for twenty years. Chase was dying to know what Zoey had said about him on the DVD. In result, Zoey promised Chase that in ten years he could find out what she said about him.
Well it’s been ten years since that happened on the show and the creator Dan Schneider didn’t forget to keep his promise to the fans. Schneider released a video on YouTube revealing what Zoey said, Chase’s reaction, and a hint at a possible reunion!!
In the video, Michael finds Chase on a date with his girlfriend. While in the middle of proposing to his girlfriend, Michael stops him to show the DVD. Chase says that he promised Zoey he wouldn’t see it for twenty years, but Michael remind him that ten years ago Zoey said that Chase could look at the DVD after ten years to see what she said. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a DVD player in the restaurant, but Michael had written everything Zoey said. Well played Michael, well played.
Zoey talks about her friend Chase Mathews and how special he is to her. She continues to state that sometimes she feels like he likes her but other times feels like he just wants to be friends. She finishes by saying that maybe Chase could be her soulmate. Chase freaks out in excitement, breaks up with his girlfriend, and storms out to look for Zoey. The video ends with a black screen that says, “To be Continued..?”. Could Schneider be considering getting the cast back together for a reunion season? Only time will tell but as for the fans, everyone would love to see a possible Zoey and Chase marriage.
