Woman Crush Wednesday: Emilia Clarke

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fairfield chapter.

Emilia Clarke heated up televisions everywhere when she took on the role of Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO series Game of Thrones. Her popularity is rapidly growing in the Hollywood circuit, but here are a few reasons why Emilia is my Woman Crush Wednesday.

1. She’s a natural brunette, but looks great as a blonde.

2. Her smile is infectious.

3. She lived up to Audrey Hepburn’s legacy when she played Holly Golightly on Broadway.

4. She portrays Daenerys as a strong female character in a world dominated by men.

5. She’s been linked to the hottest men.

6. She has great style.

7. She has been nominated for major awards, including an Emmy.

8. She looked beautiful without makeup on when she posted this photo on her Facebook page.

9. She can be sexy, cute and funny all at the same time.

10. Come on, she’s the Mother of Dragons.
