Going out at night during the winter months can be challenging, especially when choosing an outfit. You want to be warm, but still look cute! Try wearing these looks out to your next blizzard bash.

Denim Skirt + Sweater

Matching a jean skirt with a sweater or your favorite bright top is easy and on trend. Dress it up or down by pairing the look with booties or your favorite stylish sneakers. Whichever look you’re trying to accomplish, a jean skirt can help you pull it off. We love jean skirts from Forever21.

Layer Like a Pro

Layering is a fabulous way to wear all of your favorite pieces at once. Your outfit can be ever changing and can transition from day to night. Add a hat or long decorative necklace for added dimension. Don’t be afraid to mix and match patterns and colors. Allow your clothes to say it all by keeping your makeup neutral.

Black From Head to Toe

Black is a classic winter staple. You can’t go wrong with a leather jacket or cropped sweater during these cold months. Zara has endless black clothing options. If you match a dominantly darker outfit with a bold lip your look becomes ever more dramatic and daring.

Poncho Party

Throwing a poncho over leggings or jeans is a fashionable way to bundle up without ruining your outfit. When paired with high boots and either skinny jeans or leggings these oversized sweaters won’t make you look too bulky.

Add a Vest

Faux fur vests go great with long sleeved flowy dresses. Whether it’s you favorite Free People boho look or a more contemporary one, a fur vest can renovate your outfit from summer to winter in a snap. High knee socks or leg warmers can also help you brace the cold.

Go High-Waisted

Don’t feel like dressing up? High-waisted jeans can be paired with a crop top or long sleeved shirt. The jeans emphasize your curves and definitely come in handy when you just don’t know what to wear because they go with everything. Super convenient and stylish!
